Saltique French Celtic Sea Salt, Fine Ground, 454 g

Saltique French Celtic Sea Salt is hand-harvested from the coast of Brittany and left unrefined, so it keeps its natural trace minerals, including magnesium, and its distinctive grey tint. This is the fine grind in the larger 454 g size, a sensible choice if it is the salt you cook with every day. There are no additives and no anti-caking agents.

It has a slightly moist texture and a gentle briny taste. Use it in the pot, on the cutting board, in bread dough or sprinkled over finished dishes, or fill a salt grinder with it. Because Celtic salt holds a little moisture, it can clump; keep the jar closed in a dry cupboard and break up any lumps with a spoon.
