Saltique French Celtic Sea Salt is hand-harvested from the coast of Brittany and left unrefined, so it keeps its natural trace minerals, including magnesium, and its distinctive grey tint. This is the fine grind. There are no additives and no anti-caking agents, just salt with a slightly moist texture and a gentle briny taste.

Use it as your everyday cooking salt: in the pot, on the cutting board, in bread dough or sprinkled over finished dishes. It also suits a salt grinder. Because Celtic salt holds a little moisture, it can clump in the shaker; keep the jar closed in a dry cupboard and break up any lumps with a spoon.
