Saltique Baja Sea Salt is an unrefined sea salt harvested from the Pacific along Mexico's Baja California Peninsula, made by traditional methods so it keeps its natural trace minerals. This is the fine grind, which dissolves quickly and measures like ordinary table salt.

Use it anywhere you would reach for table salt: seasoning as you cook, salting pasta water, baking, or filling the shaker on the table. Because it is unrefined, you may notice a slightly rounder, less sharp taste than refined salt. Store it in a dry cupboard with the lid on; sea salt draws moisture from the air and can clump if left open. One ingredient, nothing added.
