Rudi's Smokey Jalapeno Bacon Hot Sauce, 150 mL

Smokey Jalapeno Bacon is a hot sauce for people who like their heat with some smoke behind it. Jalapeno brings a medium, green-chili warmth and the bacon and smoke give it a savoury depth that leans toward barbecue.

It is at home on a breakfast sandwich, burgers, mac and cheese, roasted potatoes or a pot of beans. A spoonful stirred into chili or a pulled-pork braise adds a smoky layer without much effort. Gluten-free, 150 mL bottle. Refrigerate after opening.
