Mango Scorpion Sting pairs ripe mango with scorpion pepper, one of the hottest chilies around. The fruit goes in first, sweet and tropical, and then the heat builds. This is the one to reach for when a regular hot sauce is not doing it for you anymore.
Try a little on grilled fish, pork, jerk chicken or a plain bowl of rice and beans. It also works stirred into mayo or yogurt for a dip that takes the edge off. Gluten-free, 150 mL bottle. Refrigerate after opening.
