Rudi's Candy Reaper Burn Hot Sauce, 150 mL

Candy Reaper Burn is the hot one from Rudi's, in a 150 mL bottle. Read the name in order: candy for the sweetness up front, reaper for the pepper it is built around, burn for what follows. It is gluten-free and lives with the other sauces and marinades in our pantry section.

A few drops go a long way. Add it to wings, tacos, chili, ramen or a marinade, or stir a little into a sweet glaze for ribs or roasted squash where the sugar and heat play off each other. Store it as the label directs. Check the label for the full ingredient list before you get brave.
