Rizopia Brown Rice Pasta Spaghetti, 454 g

Rizopia's spaghetti is a gluten-free pasta made from 100% whole-grain brown rice, with rice bran and water as the only other ingredients. It is a long, round strand of average thickness, the most familiar pasta of all, and it takes nearly any sauce: tomato, carbonara, meatballs, seafood or chilli.

The pasta is wheat-free, a source of fibre, kosher certified and made in Canada, with no preservatives added. Cook it in plenty of well-salted boiling water, stir in the first minute so the strands do not clump, and pull it while it still has a bit of bite. The 454 g bag feeds four.
