Rizopia's spaghetti is made from three things: whole-grain brown rice, rice bran and water. That is the whole ingredient list, so it is gluten-free and wheat-free with no preservatives, and it is made in Canada. It cooks to a proper al dente with a mild, slightly nutty taste that does not fight with the sauce.
