PaneRiso gluten-free bread crumbs are a plain, fine crumb you can use wherever a recipe calls for regular breadcrumbs. They are made from rice flour and potato starch in a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there is no worry about cross-contact with wheat.

Use them to bread chicken and fish, bind meatballs and veggie burgers, top a casserole or mac and cheese, or toast them in butter for a crunchy pasta topping. They behave just like the wheat version. Keep the bag sealed in a dry cupboard.
