Organic Traditions Cacao Powder is unsweetened cacao and nothing else. The organic cacao nibs are pressed to remove most of the fat, leaving a fine, dark powder with a deep chocolate flavour and no added sugar or additives.

Cacao is a source of magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium and fibre. Use it the way you would cocoa powder: in baking, hot chocolate, smoothies, chia pudding, energy bites and homemade chocolate, or dusted over a latte. This is the 227 g size, handy if you bake now and then; a 454 g bag is also available. It is packaged in a facility that processes tree nuts. Keep it sealed in a dry cupboard.
