About this product
Giddy-Yo's cacao powder is made from the same Criollo beans as the rest of their line, sourced from the Vraem district in Cusco, Peru. It is certified organic and Fair Trade, processed at low temperatures from start to finish, and lab tested by the brand. One ingredient, nothing added.
Use it wherever a recipe calls for cacao or cocoa powder, one for one. It goes into baking, smoothies, breakfast bowls, energy balls and morning coffee, and it is the starting point if you want to make your own chocolate. Keep it sealed and dry in the pantry.
