Certified Organic Tri-Coloured Carrots, 2 lb Bag

A 907 g (2 lb) bag of certified organic tri-coloured carrots: a mix of orange, purple and yellow roots that all taste like carrot but make a roasting pan look a lot more interesting.

Keep the bag in the crisper and they will hold for a couple of weeks. Roast them whole with olive oil and thyme, shave them raw into a slaw, or slice into rounds for a snack tray. The purple ones will bleed a little colour when cooked, which is part of the fun. Priced per bag.
