Eco Ideas Organic Oat Fibre is a fine, pale powder milled from the outer hull of the oat, sold in a 227 g bag. It is nearly all insoluble fibre with almost no carbohydrate, which is why it turns up so often in keto and low-carb baking.

Use a few tablespoons in bread, muffins, pizza dough and crackers to add structure and a soft crumb in recipes that leave out wheat flour. It is a source of fibre and can also be stirred into smoothies or oatmeal. It is organic and gluten-free. Keep the bag sealed in a dry cupboard.
