About this product
Organic instant yeast is the quick-acting dry yeast bakers reach for when they want to skip proofing. Its fine granules can be mixed straight into flour with the other dry ingredients, and it gets dough rising without a fuss. It is sold from our bulk section, so you can take a spoonful for a couple of loaves or a bigger scoop if you bake every week.
Use it for bread, pizza dough, cinnamon buns and dinner rolls. Yeast is a living thing, so keep it in a sealed jar in the fridge or freezer and it will stay lively for months.
