One Degree Organic Sprouted Honey Oat O's, 227 g

A toasty O-shaped cereal made from sprouted organic gluten-free oats and sweetened with organic honey and cane sugar. One Degree sprouts the oats before milling. Sprouted oat flour and oat starch are joined by sprouted garbanzo (chickpea) flour, sunflower oil and unrefined salt.

It is certified organic and made with gluten-free oats. Because it is honey-sweetened it is not vegan, but it is a familiar, mildly sweet cereal that most kids take to. Pour it with milk or a plant-based milk, or eat it dry as a snack. Contains soy. Keep the box closed and dry so the O's stay crunchy.
