OG Ghee Clarified & Caramelized Butter, 420 g

OG Ghee Clarified and Caramelized Butter is ghee made from a single ingredient: 100% unsalted Canadian butter, sourced from Canadian farmers through farmer-owned cooperatives. The butter is slowly cooked to remove the water and milk solids, and cooked a little longer so those solids caramelize, which gives this ghee a deeper, nuttier, toasted flavour than a plain clarified butter.

Use it anywhere you would use butter or a cooking oil. It suits pan frying and roasting, melts into rice, dal and curries, and is very good on toast or stirred into oatmeal. A little goes further than butter, so the 420 g size lasts.
