About this product
Noughty Monte Rouge is a dealcoholized red wine made from 100% Syrah, harvested and fermented the same way as a full-strength wine before the alcohol is gently removed. It is fuller bodied, with a rich ruby colour and structure from subtle wood ageing; French oak is used during malolactic fermentation to give it depth and complexity.
The grapes come from selected vineyards in South Africa. Serve it at room temperature with roasted vegetables, a burger or a cheese board, or pour it for the guests who are driving. Contains sulphites. A 10 cent bottle deposit applies.
