NOA Italian Aperitivo is a non-alcoholic take on the bitter-sweet aperitif that goes into a spritz. Expect orange peel and tangerine juice up front, a little rhubarb, and the gentle bitterness of gentian, with a caramelised barley-sugar finish. It is light, fruity and slightly bitter, so it drinks like the real thing without the alcohol.

Pour it over ice, top it with tonic or sparkling water for a spritz, or mix it with fresh grapefruit or watermelon juice. It also works in a non-alcoholic sangria with white wine or an alcohol-free stand-in. Use it wherever you would reach for Aperol.
