Lime is by far the most popular of Monsieur Cocktail citrus-flavoured syrups. It is made by first heating a water and sugar mixture and then adding cold-pressed lime juice at the last instant. Once pasteurized, these small 100 L batches are bottled with the utmost care and end their journey, as do all their syrups, in the refrigerator. This ensures the purest product and the highest possible quality of cold-pressed lime syrup.

Lime syrup will complement most drinks, but it seems to have a natural affinity for the Mojito.
