Neal Brothers Classic Barbecue Sauce is a balance of sweet and savoury, the kind of all-purpose sauce that works on chicken, beef or pork without arguing with anything. Cane sugar and fancy molasses give it body, tomato paste and vinegar the tang, and a touch of natural smoke, mustard and chili finish it off.
