Namaste Foods Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix gets its flavour from a blend of nine herbs and spices: garlic, onion, oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley, sage and marjoram. Top it with tomato or pesto sauce and your favourite toppings, or bake it plain with parmesan for bread sticks. Each box makes two crusts.

The base is brown rice flour, tapioca starch and arrowroot with xanthan gum, and you add only oil and water. It also works as a seasoned coating for pan-fried chicken or fish. The mix is free from the top allergens, including wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, mustard, sulphites, sesame, fish and shellfish, and it is non-GMO, nut-free and kosher.
