About this supplement
Naka Pro B12 is a sublingual tablet with 5,000 mcg of methylcobalamin, the active form of vitamin B12, in each tablet. You let it dissolve under the tongue rather than swallowing it. Vitamin B12 helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
Note that the tablet base includes lactose, so it is not dairy free; the liquid Nutri B12 is the alternative if that matters to you. 125 tablets per bottle.
