Naka Platinum Essential Prenatal is a multivitamin and mineral built for pregnancy, using the active, methylated forms of the B vitamins: methylfolate rather than folic acid, methylcobalamin B12, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate B6 and riboflavin 5'-phosphate B2. The bottle holds 90 capsules.

It also carries iron as gentle iron bisglycinate, calcium, magnesium, zinc, iodine, selenium, vitamins C, D3, E and K1 and beta-carotene. The capsule is hypromellose, so it is vegetarian.
