Use them straight from the package. Shake them over yogurt, oatmeal or a salad, blend them into a smoothie, or stir a spoonful into soup at the table. This 200 g bag is a good size to start with. Once opened, keep it sealed in the fridge or freezer to keep the seeds fresh.
