About this product
Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts are shelled hemp seeds, soft and nutty with a flavour somewhere between a sunflower seed and a pine nut. They are grown in Canada and ready to eat straight from the bag, with 10 g of protein and 12 g of omega-3 and omega-6 fats per serving.
Blend them into smoothies, sprinkle them on yogurt, oatmeal or salad, or stir them into a grain bowl for a bit of texture. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry spot. 227 g bag.
