Lily's Sea Salt Extra Dark Chocolate Style Bar is a 70% cacao dark chocolate finished with flakes of sea salt, made with no added sugar. Lily's sweetens with stevia and erythritol, so it has the deep, slightly bitter taste of a proper extra dark bar with a salty edge, and far less sugar than a conventional one.

This is the bar for dark chocolate people: a square after dinner, a chunk in the hiking pack, or chopped into brownies. There is no milk in the recipe, though it may contain milk and nuts. The bar is 80 g.
