Rock Your Boat is Laughing Whale's dark roast: full-bodied and rich, with the roast flavour forward but not as far into smoke as their French roast. It is 100% Arabica and roasted in Atlantic Canada, and it is a good middle ground for a household split between medium and very dark.

This ground bag suits a French press, drip machine or moka pot, and it makes a strong, smooth cold brew for the summer. Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard and use it within a few weeks of opening for the fullest flavour.
