Ripen them on the counter, stem side down, until they smell sweet and give slightly to gentle pressure, then eat them or keep them in the fridge for a few days. Eat them fresh, slice them over yogurt and oatmeal, grill them or bake them into crisps and cobblers. Priced per peck.
