Hummingbird Chocolate's Hispaniola 85% is a single-origin dark chocolate bar made from Dominican Republic cacao. It uses the same beans as Hummingbird's Hispaniola 70% bar but with half the sugar, so the fruit and depth of the cacao lead and the sweetness stays in the background. Three ingredients: organic cacao, organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter.

The bar is vegan, soy-free and gluten-free. It suits anyone who likes their chocolate dark and not too sweet, and it pairs well with an espresso or a glass of red. Store it somewhere cool and dry, away from strong smells. It may contain nuts, peanuts and milk.
