The base is organic pumpkin seed butter with gluten-free rolled oats, honey and tapioca syrup, plus Fairtrade organic cocoa powder, whole pumpkin seeds and coconut. It is rich and fudgy, and at 12 g of protein per bar it is the highest-protein bar in the range we carry.
