Herbamare Sodium Free is A. Vogel's salt-free take on its classic herb seasoning. Instead of sea salt, it uses potassium chloride as the base, blended with fourteen organically grown vegetables and herbs, among them leek, onion, celery, lovage, horseradish, thyme, rosemary, basil and parsley, plus a little kelp. The vegetables are chopped fresh after harvest, steeped with the salt substitute and dried under vacuum, which keeps their flavour bright.

Use it anywhere you would reach for a salt shaker: eggs, soups, roast vegetables, salad dressings, popcorn. It is a handy option if you are watching sodium but still want a savoury, well-rounded seasoning.
