A 500 g bag of frozen organic sweet corn kernels from our frozen organic fruit and vegetable freezer. The kernels are cut from the cob and frozen, so you have sweet corn on hand year-round.

Simmer or steam them for a quick side, stir them into soups, chowders and chili, fold them into fritters or cornbread batter, or add them to a summer salad after a quick blanch. They cook from frozen. Keep the bag sealed in the freezer between uses.
