Stahlbush Island Farms' tri-coloured corn is whole kernel corn in three colours, frozen in a 350 g bag. It cooks and tastes like regular sweet corn, with a little more colour on the plate.

Warm it with butter as a side, stir it into chowder, chili or fried rice, add it to a black bean salsa or salad, or fold it into cornbread. It cooks from frozen in a few minutes. Keep frozen and close the bag after opening.
