Our name honours the memory and reflects a proud family legacy of wester Canadian settlers who ventured west in search of opportunity. Now, we’re bringing that same spirit of growth and resilience to Nova Scotia where we’re creating sustainable practices while supporting our local community. We are dedicated to growing fresh and nourishing microgreens using sustainable farming practices. Our onsite greenhouse ensures that the microgreens are always bathed in natural sunshine, allowing them to thrive and retain their nutritional benefits. We are committed to promoting local food security and educating our community about the numerous benefits of consuming locally sourced foods.
