GoBio Corn Starch, 150 g

GoBio corn starch is a pantry basic in a 150 g box. Corn starch is the fine white powder you use to thicken sauces, gravies, pie fillings and puddings, and to give stir-fry sauces their glossy finish.

Whisk a spoonful into cold water before adding it to a hot liquid so it does not clump, then simmer until thickened. It also lightens shortbread and gives fried coatings extra crunch. Keep the box closed in a dry cupboard and it will last a long while. Check the box for organic certification and origin.
