Glutino's Vanilla Creme Cookies are gluten-free sandwich cookies: two crunchy vanilla cookies with a smooth vanilla creme centre. They are made on rice, tapioca and cassava flours, so they have the crunch and creamy middle of the cookies you grew up with, without the wheat.
