Galerie's 72 percent dark chocolate bar with hazelnuts is fair trade dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla) with roasted hazelnuts folded through. The chocolate is deep and smooth, the nuts add a gentle crunch and toasted warmth, and the finish lingers.
It is a bar for slow eating: a square or two after supper, with coffee or a glass of red. It also chops well for cookies and brownies. Contains hazelnuts; may contain milk and other tree nuts.
