A 72% dark chocolate bar infused with Earl Grey tea, from Galerie au Chocolat. The bergamot in the tea sits lightly behind the cocoa, so the bar tastes first of good dark chocolate and then of a cup of tea. The chocolate is Fair Trade certified and made in Canada.

Break off a square with an afternoon coffee or, fittingly, a pot of Earl Grey. It also melts well for a ganache or a mousse with a tea note. Made without gluten, peanuts or soy. May contain milk, almonds, pecans, pistachios, cashews and hazelnuts.
