About this product
Filsinger's makes its apple cider vinegar from its own certified organic apples, pressed and aged with no preservatives or additives. It is unpasteurized and unfiltered, so a cloudy 'mother' may form in the bottle over time; that is normal, and you can strain it out if you prefer. It comes in a glass bottle at 5 percent acetic acid.
Use it anywhere you would use vinegar: salad dressings, marinades, pickling brine, a splash in soups and braises, or diluted in water as a morning tonic. Store it in the cupboard.
