Eden Organic Roasted Tahini is made from one ingredient: organic hulled tan sesame seeds, dry roasted and ground to a smooth paste. Roasting gives it a deeper, nuttier flavour than raw tahini.

Tahini is the sesame butter of the Middle East and Mediterranean, and it is essential for hummus and baba ghanoush. Beyond dips, whisk it with lemon and garlic for a salad dressing, drizzle it over roasted vegetables, or spread it on toast with honey. Stir it well before using, as the oil separates. Organic, sodium-free, gluten-free and kosher.
