Nuts To You Organic Fair Trade Sesame Tahini, 500 g

Tahini is sesame seed butter, and Nuts To You makes theirs from a single ingredient: organic, fair trade sesame seeds that are mechanically hulled and dry roasted. Hulling gives a smoother, milder tahini with less of the bitterness that whole-seed tahini can carry, and roasting deepens the flavour.

It is the base of hummus and baba ghanoush, and it makes quick sauces, dressings and dips when you whisk it with lemon, garlic and water. It works as a spread too, on toast with honey. Stir before use, as the oil rises to the top. This is the 500 g jar; a 250 g size is also available.
