Crofter's Organic Four Fruit Spread blends four organic fruits in one jar: strawberries, morello cherries, raspberries and red currants. It is sweetened with organic cane sugar and set with apple pectin, and the mix of berries gives it a deeper, more tart flavour than a single-fruit jam.

Spread it on toast, swirl it into yogurt or oatmeal, spoon it between layers of a cake, or warm it slightly to glaze a fruit tart. The 383 mL jar is the full-size one. Refrigerate after opening.
