Cognato Cabernet Sauvignon, 750Ml

Cognato Cabernet Sauvignon is a de-alcoholized red wine from South Africa, made the same way as a regular Cabernet before the alcohol is taken out. The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and macerated to draw out colour and tannin, fermented with selected yeasts between 25 and 28°C, then left on the skins for a further two weeks so the tannin structure develops fully.

The alcohol is then removed with a vacuum spinning-cone process that keeps the wine's character intact. Pour it with roast beef, a burger or a hard cheese, anywhere you would open a Cab. Contains sulphites.
