NOW Chromium Picolinate 200 mcg, 100 Veg Capsules

Chromium is an essential trace mineral, one the body needs only in tiny amounts measured in micrograms. It works alongside insulin and plays a part in how your body makes use of protein, fat and carbohydrates. NOW supplies it as chromium picolinate, a widely used form, at 200 mcg per capsule.

This is about as simple as a supplement gets: chromium picolinate, white rice flour and a vegetarian capsule, with no other fillers. If you already take a multivitamin, it is worth checking whether it includes chromium before adding this on top. 100 capsules per bottle.

• 100 veg capsules
• 200 mcg chromium (from chromium picolinate) per capsule
• Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose)

helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, and fats, and supports healthy glucose metabolism

Each capsule contains: Chromium (from Chromium Picolinate) 200 mcg. Non-medicinal ingredients: White rice flour, capsule (hypromellose, water).
