Certified Organic Yellow Pepper

Certified organic yellow pepper, sold each. Yellow peppers are fully ripened sweet peppers, so they are sweeter and less grassy than green ones, with thick, juicy walls.

Keep it in the crisper for up to a week or so. Slice it raw for a snack tray or salad, roast it until the skin blisters for sandwiches and pasta, or dice it into a stir-fry or fajitas. Priced per pepper.
