About this product
A bunch of certified organic Swiss chard, with glossy dark leaves and crisp stems. The leaves cook down like spinach and the stems cook like celery, so the whole bunch gets used.
Wrap it loosely and keep it in the fridge crisper, where it stays fresh for about four days. Sauté the leaves with garlic and olive oil, chop the stems into soups and stir-fries, or add both to a frittata. Priced per bunch.
