Certified organic fresh sage, priced per unit as listed. Soft, silvery leaves with an earthy, slightly peppery flavour.

Store it wrapped in a damp paper towel in the fridge and use it within a week or so. Crisp the leaves in brown butter for pasta or squash, chop it into stuffing, tuck it under the skin of a roast chicken, or steep a few leaves for tea.
