About this product

Certified organic romaine heart, sold as a single. Crisp, sweet and sturdy, with the pale inner leaves that make a proper Caesar salad.

Keep it in a bag in the fridge and it holds for a week or more. Chop it for Caesar and chopped salads, use the leaves as wraps or boats, or halve and grill it briefly and finish with lemon and parmesan.
