Certified Organic Pomelo

Certified organic pomelo, priced per unit as listed. The largest of the citrus fruits, with a thick pale rind and mild, sweet flesh that is less bitter than grapefruit.

Store it on the counter for a few days or in the fridge for longer. Cut away the thick peel and pith, pull the segments apart and remove the membranes, then eat them as they are or add them to salads with herbs, chili and lime.
