Certified Organic Italian Parsley Bunch

Certified organic Italian flat-leaf parsley, sold by the bunch. Fresh, green and slightly peppery, it brightens almost anything savoury.

Stand the stems in a glass of water in the fridge, loosely covered, and it keeps for a week or more. Chop it into tabbouleh, chimichurri and gremolata, stir it into soups and grains at the end, or add the stems to stock.
